RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS:

PCP e-shop wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you wish to exchange or return your unworn item, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds will only be made upon receipt of returned items.

If package is lost, damaged or tampered with in transit, we will provide store credit, no refund will be made.

To obtain a return authorization (RA#), please e-mail us at info@pcpclothing.com with a brief explanation of your return or exchange. Please write the RA# on the invoice and on the outside of the return box.

Please send as much information with your return as possible including the name, phone number and address where the order was sent and/or billed to, email address or credit card used to purchase the item along with your receipts. Be sure to include the item number and your order number.

Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.).

PCP e-shop is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Upon receipt of the item, we will credit back within 5-7 business days.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

All items on Sale are Final and All Sales are Final after 30 days.

Returned merchandise that was originally paid for by alternate tenders (i.e. Gift Certificates etc.) other than cash, debit or credit card will receive an exchange or refund in the form of a store credit onto a PCP Clothing Gift Card. Cash will not be issued. PCP Clothing gift card purchases are FINAL and may not be redeemed for cash. For refunds, we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

For purchases through PayPal, if: PayPal balance or bank account was used, the amount will immediately be refunded back to your PayPal account. If a Credit card was used, the refund will immediately be sent to the credit card company for processing. Generally, this can take 1-7 days depending on the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

REPAIRS

PCP e-shop will repair any damaged items that occur from possible production errors, free of charge.

To obtain a return work order (RWO#), please e-mail us at info@pcpclothing.com with a brief explanation of your repair request. Please write the RWO# on the invoice and on the outside of the return box.

Please send as much information with your return as possible including the name, phone number and address where the order was sent and/or billed to, email address or credit card used to purchase the item along with your receipts. Be sure to include the item number and your order number.
