SHIPPING METHODS

RETURNS FROM GREECE:

PCP e-shop wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you wish to exchange or return your unworn item, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds will only be made upon receipt of returned items.

If package is lost, damaged or tampered with in transit, we will provide store credit, no refund will be made.

To obtain a return authorization (RA#), please e-mail us at  [email protected] with a brief explanation of your return or exchange. Please write the RA# on the invoice and on the outside of the return box.

Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.).

PCP e-shop is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Upon receipt of the item, we will credit back within 5-7 business days.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

All items on Sale are Final and All Sales are Final after 30 days.

Returned merchandise that was originally paid for by alternate tenders (i.e. Gift Certificates etc.) other than cash, debit or credit card will receive an exchange or refund in the form of a store credit onto a PCP Clothing Gift Card. Cash will not be issued. PCP Clothing gift card purchases are FINAL and may not be redeemed for cash. For refunds, we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

For purchases through PayPal, if: PayPal balance or bank account was used, the amount will immediately be refunded back to your PayPal account. If a Credit card was used, the refund will immediately be sent to the credit card company for processing. Generally, this can take 1-7 days depending on the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

All returns cost 5€.

All Outlet products are also charged for return 5€ per order.

RETURNS FROM ABROAD:

As concerning returns from abroad customers pay the shipping costs.

In case of a return first contact us via email at [email protected] about your intention to return a product that you bought from the official PCP Clothing website.

2+1 OUTLET OFFER RETURNS:

Returns or changes of products that are purchased with the Outlet offer 2+1 are only accepted if the customer returns all the products that are bought with this promotional offer, the products must be in their initial condition and packaging and with the receipt of the payment.

Shipping cost for all the returns of the promotional offer Outlet 2+1 are for the customers.

JEWELLERY RETURNS

Exchanges or refunds on jewelry (earrings, necklaces and bracelets) are not accepted.

OUTLET OFFERS RETURNS (GENERAL):

All Items from Outlet category can not be returned for refund. Changes are accepted with products of equal price or bigger. Shipping cost is for customers.
